Our story begins in the year 1948, when the gentleman Joan Giro Serrano founded the company under the name ofJ. Giró Eyeglasses. At that time, he was dedicated to repairing water and drainage installations and assembling economical stoves that heated water with residual heat. He also repaired kitchen utensils such as pots and milk jugs.
With the incorporation of the second generation, Joan Giró Gallinat, the company evolved into Plumbing J. Giró, expanding services with butane gas and heating installations. We adapted to new technologies and the growing demands for comfort and efficiency within homes.
From 1995, with the arrival of the third generation, Xavier Giró Vara, we adopted the current name: CalFonGas Giró-Vara SL. We specialized in air conditioning, aerothermia and thermal floor installations, always looking for the better energy efficiency and comprehensive customer service.
The year 2010, we took a step forward to offer services comprehensive reform, coordinating all phases of the project and avoiding the client having to manage several industrialists. This allows us to offer complete and transparent budgets, and a more comfortable and safe experience.
